Admitted to New Jersey Bar in 1990 and New York Bar in 1991. Admitted to United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of the State of New York. Juris Doctorate, St. John's University School of Law (1990). Bachelor of Arts, Denison University (1987). Experienced in the defense of general liability, premises liability, automobile negligence, professional malpractice, and products liability litigation. Mr. Kelly has been a partner at multiple firms over his career, most recently at Ronan, Tuzzio & Giannone where he spent over 15 years. He has tried numerous cases to verdict; briefed and argued numerous Appellate matters; and lectured to the insurance industry on a variety of topics. Member of the Ocean County Bar Association and the New Jersey Defense Association.

Lectured to the bar on various topics, including conducting remote trials and arbitrations, the electronic discovery of social media metadata, and defending diminished value claims. Tara Redmond
Admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1994, Tara received a Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall School of Law (1994), a Master’s degree in social work from Fordham University (2006), a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Delaware (1984), and is an LCSW. She is experienced in the defense of general liability, premises liability and automobile negligence. She has tried cases to verdict and is a member of the New Jersey Defense Association.
