Congratulations to Michael B. Kelly on his “No Cause” at Trial.

Congratulations to Michael B. Kelly, Esq. on his No Cause at Trial. The case was tried from September 26-28, 2023 in Superior Court, Ocean County before the Honorable Craig Wellerson. The two Plaintiffs were 37 and 59 years and alleged they sustained cervical and lumbar herniations. The Defendant stipulated to liability and tried the case on the limited tort threshold alleging the Plaintiffs did not sustain permanent injuries. After approximately 40 minutes of deliberations, the jury returned a no cause verdict 6-0 on the issue of permanency as to both Plaintiffs.

Congratulations to Eric M. Miller on his “No Cause” at Trial.

Congratulations to Eric M. Miller on his “No Cause” at trial. The case was litigated from July 11-12, 2023 in Monmouth County Superior Court before the Honorable Mara Zazzali-Hogan, J.S.C. The Plaintiff, who was 31-years old at the time of the accident, alleged that she sustained permanent injuries, in the form of herniated discs in her cervical and lumbar spine as a result of a head-on motor vehicle collision. The jury found in favor of Mr. Miller’s client, 6-1, on the issue of permanency after 48 minutes of deliberations.

Congratulations to Eric M. Miller on his “No Cause” at trial. The case was litigated over the course of 3 days from June 6-8, 2023 in Ocean County Superior Court before the Honorable James Den Uyl, J.S.C. The case involved allegations of permanent lumbar spine injuries arising as a result of a rear-end motor vehicle accident. The jury found in favor of Mr. Miller’s client, 6-0, on the issue of permanency.
